The original owner of Ankeny Lanes is back and is committed to bringing all of his bowlers back that he lost during the short time he was gone. The lanes are ready to go, staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way to make your time at Ankeny Lanes a fun time. If you are one of the many who have not been in lately, stop by and give them your business. It is truly a family based center. Fall leagues will be exciting this year with some special twists and specials planned.

The staff was great with our very large group for the kids birthday party!! We appreciate the clean atmosphere and friendly people. Anything we needed, they helped out with.

All the leagues here are fun and the staff is great. Any one serious about the game knows that good bowlers adjust to different lane conditions and do not blame their own inabilities on something they can‘t figure out. So come on out to ankeny lanes and see what those in the know are talking about.

This is not the place you want to bowl if you are at all serious about the game. Going for fun is one thing, but the leagues here are a joke and the lane conditions are some of the worst I have ever seen. On the plus side, it‘s under new ownership so hopefully things turn around.

Me and my friends go there all the time. The best is midnight bowling. You bowl from 10:30-12:30 for about $10-20. I highly recommend this bowling alley for anyone up in Ankeny.
