Trostel's Greenbriar opened in February 1987. The Greenbriar is considered "fine dining" but without the stuffiness. If you're celebrating a special occasion, their white tablecloths, linen napkins, and fresh red roses on the tables set the perfect mood. Whether you are wearing blue jeans or a business suit, you'll feel comfortable.

I recently went to Greenbriar for the first time. The atmosphere is great. It could probably stand to be remodeled, but it is still very nice. The food is FABULOUS. They have several specialties that have won awards for them, along with a chef‘s special every night. They also have several wine selections and a full bar. I would definitely go here again.
