Excellent Food. We‘ve been going there for 7 years now, and only once has the food been sub-par, (Burger was ordered Medium-Rare, came Medium-Well) The "problem" was taken care of promptly and with our total satisfaction.
The wait staff is excellent and friendly.
Every item we‘ve tried has been fresh and tasty. The salsa is to die for, although, being made fresh daily, the heat level will vary from trip to trip. You can absolutely tell it is not coming out of a jar or can.
We live 70+ miles from Rock Bottom, and try to make it at least once a month. If it weren‘t for Rock Bottom, I doubt we‘d make it to Des Moines more than 3 or 4 times a year.
